CES has more than 30 years of experience performing hazardous materials consulting services. CES was started by Mr. Elmer Ivan Castro and Mr. Cesar Ruvalcaba in 2019. Mr. Castro has over 16 years and Mr. Ruvalcaba has over 34 years of industry experience delivering consulting services.

As part of the company growth plan, CES has expanded its services, and added additional team members. Our clients include but are not limited to NASA/JPL, City of Gardena, City of South Gate, Alhambra Unified School District, Montebello Unified School District, South Whittier School District, Santa Ana Unified School District and Rancho Santiago Community College District.
